This calendar is for reserving group study rooms. To reserve a classroom, contact the Registrar’s Office. To reserve the Incubator Lab, Global Seminar Room, or Rees-Jones Hall Atrium, start here. There are also seven group study rooms available in Moudy South and two in Winton Scott (more info).
To reserve a Media Editing Room, use this calendar. To apply to reserve the Library Screening Room, use this page. Screening Room reservations are reviewed by Library staff.
Group rooms can be reserved for 3 hours or less, up to 24 hours in advance, by clicking on the starting time on the calendar next to the room you want to reserve. Rooms still vacant 15 minutes after the start of a reservation can be assigned to another group. However, someone from the new group must come to the Library Services Desk to ask to have the previous reservation removed and a new reservation made for them, otherwise the person who made the first reservation retains the right to the room. Detailed descriptions of each room are available by clicking on the room name. Reservations are limited to three hours per day, split between no more than two reservations. For more info, see our FAQ.
